Since 1999, DJ Thrillhaus has travelled time and space, seeking the finest flavours of sonic psychedelia. He has played a part in many cosmic capers, from club residencies in Ottawa and Guangzhou, to festivals like Electric Love, Space Gathering, Intention, and Psyquinox. For the past decade, he has been part of the pulse of BC, where he played and produced events, while also performing with the Afro-Brazilian street band Sambata. Now he calls Halifax home, and is proud to be part of the Alien Acoustics crew. Thrillhaus is a founder of Back Beyond Productions, and has been a member of the Shadow Puppets and the Goa Trance Mission team. He has shared stages with Vertical, Basilisk, Space Tribe, Juno Reactor, Sensient, Infected Mushroom, Desert Dwellers, Plan B, ATTYA, and Blue Lunar Monkey. Hailing from the beautiful beaches of Goa, the birthplace of Psytrance, he fell in love with the Electronic music and party scene at a very young age and was very fortunate to play parties in Goa, Mumbai and Dubai growing up. He moved to Whistler BC in 2007 and was a staple of the nightlife scene and full moon parties, playing psytrance, techno, and house music. Currently calling Halifax home, he has been involved with Alien Acoustics. Expect deep, hypnotic, funky, dark, uplifting beats. Shanti Power is the real trance dance experience.
